HR Assistant 

Shift: 2PM-11PM

Work Location: Onsite ( Abbottabad)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education: BBA/MBA HR

Min Experience: 6-12 months experience in recruitment( preferably in healthcare industry)

JOB OVERVIEW

RCM Associate roles who have got a good understanding of medical billing and at least a good expertise of one of the domains in Revenue cycle Management such as Billing, Payments, AR, and Credentialing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Support the recruitment process (e.g., posting job ads, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates)
  • Assist in performance management procedures and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports
  • Coordinate training sessions, HR events, and staff meetings
  • Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
  • Support payroll processing and leave management (if applicable)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

What We're Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6-12 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare sector
  • Proven experience in an administrative role; HR experience preferred
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving aptitude
