Credentialing Executive

Shift: 5:30pm-2am

Work Location: Onsite ( Abbottabad)

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in provider credentialing & enrollment
  • Knowledge of payer-specific enrollment requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Timely alerts and renewals handled

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and submit credentialing and re-credentialing applications for providers across commercial, government, and Medicaid/Medicare payers.
  • Maintain and update provider data in CAQH, PECOS, and other relevant portals.
  • Track application status, follow up with payers, and resolve any delays or issues.
  • Ensure timely revalidations, license renewals, and certifications.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of credentialing activities for audits and compliance.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams and clients regarding credentialing status, expirations, and requirements.
