JOB OVERVIEW

As the Creative Lead for marketing team, you will be the driving force behind the visual identity of our brand across all marketing channels.

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on leader who can translate complex RCM solutions into compelling and engaging creative assets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a proven ability to deliver innovative creative concepts for a B2B audience. You will be instrumental in shaping a creative strategy that not only captures the attention of our target audience in the US healthcare industry but also effectively communicates our value proposition and drives business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with marketing objectives and brand guidelines for all digital and print channels, including our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, video content, presentations, and infographics.
  • Serve as the primary brand steward, ensuring all creative output is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice across all marketing materials.
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns from start to finish, from initial brainstorming and storyboarding to final production and deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, content writers, and digital marketing specialists to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to all marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of creative requests from various stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Stay current with the latest trends in design, digital marketing, and the US healthcare industry to ensure our creative remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
  • Analyze the performance of creative assets and use data-driven insights to optimize future creative development.
  • Manage and maintain a well-organized library of all creative assets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in graphic design and creative roles, preferably within a B2B or healthcare-focused environment." Also, require a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work for digital and print media.

Technical Skills:

  • Essential: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Highly Desirable: Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), and familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape and the ability to create content that is compliant with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA)."

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead creative projects and inspire a culture of creativity and excellence.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Engagement Rate on Creative Assets: (e.g., likes, shares, comments on social media posts; click-through rates on ad creatives).
  • Conversion Rate on Marketing Campaigns: (e.g., lead generation from landing pages with their designs, demo requests from calls-to-action).
  • Brand Consistency Score: (A qualitative measure based on periodic audits of marketing materials).
  • Project Completion Rate: (Percentage of creative projects completed on time and within scope).
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: (Feedback from the marketing team and other departments on the quality and effectiveness of the creative work).
  • Website Traffic and Time on Page for Visually-Driven Content: (e.g., infographics, interactive landing pages).
