JOB OVERVIEW

Client Success Associate works directly with providers, account management, member services, clinical operations and claims administration, RCM/Software product, Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and operations.
  • Answering Inbound calls from our clients, making outbound calls regarding client files.
  • Receiving and responding to emails from our clients.
  • Establishing good rapport and relationships with our clients through pro-active and prompt communication
  • Work with provider data and credentialing team members to support provider enrolment, and re-credentialing efforts.
  • Educate providers on best billing practices, portal usage, and training opportunities
  • Help clients with their practices Health/ portal, command on portal and educate clients.
  • Should understand the EPM reporting system.
  • Required data from front office via tools or excel sheets.
  • Follow-up on pending work from provider office and update in timely manners.
  • Meeting weekly/ bi weekly or monthly, arrange and route with front office regarding pending work.
  • Area of business and role regarding billings and Patient info day to day operation issues.
  • Training regarding role and responsibilities, training manuals, emails etc.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills and ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Must understand the importance of response times and importance of customer service.
  • Graduation or equivalent.
  • US/ UK accent…. 2 years’ experience client facing US.
  • 1- 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
  • Proficient in Client Success Associate works directly with providers, account management, member services, clinical operations and claims administration, RCM/Software product, Sales.
